President- Mr. Cortney Burgess
Cortney Burgess is a Junior, Pre-Medicine major from Johnsonville, South Carolina. Within his major he aspires to become a General Physician, to assist many low and middle class clients who are not eligible for healthcare—to get the proper care when needed. During his term as President he wants to build a foundation that will enlighten students socially, physically, intellectually, culturally, educationally, and spiritually. With his set objectives, he plans to bring forth many networking opportunities to students, that will be highly beneficial to them in the future.
Vice President- Mr. Donovan McDaniel
Donovan McDaniel is a senior, Agribusiness and Business Management dual major from Charleston, South Carolina.Within his major, he aspires to enhance his education and experience through a career with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Also, he would like to become a prominent business owner in the future. Donovan is currently Presient of the Student Orientation Leaders, and Vice Presdient of the Pre-Alumni Cuncil. During his term as Vice President of CAB, he wants to implement more diverse and professional activities that uplift, increase visibility, and help our student body become more business savvy. With his set objectives, he plans to bring forth increased confidence; cultural enriches ideas, networking opportunities, and the TENACIOUS BULLDOG PRIDE!
Secretary- Ms. Zia felder
Zia Felder is a Senior Criminal Justice Major born in Charleston, South Carolina and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. When she graduates she hopes to become a Law Enforcement Victims Advocate for the Federal Government or in the Tidewater area of Virginia. She is very active on the SC State Campus. In addition to being a member of CAB, she is a brother of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, a sister of Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity, and a photographer for the office of Student Media. During her term as Secretary she hopes to strengthen the lines of communication between CAB and other organizations as well as modernize the organization.
Business Manager- Mr. Davion Petty
Davion Petty is a proud native of Gaffney, South Carolina and is a senior accounting major here at SC State University. He has been actively involved on SC State’s campus since his arrival by being a member of SC State’s Campus Activities board. Currently, Davion serves as the 2010-2011 Campus Activities Board, Business Manager. His main focus is adequately serving the students’ needs here at SC State. He is willing and able to go above and beyond the call of duty and to do whatever is necessary to make this a better SC State University for us all.
Parliamentarian- Mr. John Edwars
John A. Edwards is a senior, Psychology major from Johnston, South Carolina. He aspires to become a School Psychologists to help all students succeed not only in the academics but in life. During his term as Parliamentarian he wants to restore the Bulldog Tenacity. While doing so he also plans to help the students build their future as they matriculate through the Groves and Classic Halls of South Carolina State University.
